Excellent shoe, great fit. My last shoes were Testarossa's, so to compare they are very close. I do prefer the Solutions heel over the Testarossa's. The fit is also very close. Though I do prefer the lace up Testarossa, too bad Solutions don't have a lace up version. Great shoe any way you look at it.
Right off the bat, these shoes have given me wings. I climb atleast a grade harder, simply because of these shoes.
I have been using them for about six months now, so feel comfortable putting in a review.
The fit was amazing. The neoprene layer on top, gives that snug feel without biting into the top of my foot. Then the control on the tiniest of nubs and micro holds the width of pennies is very comforting.
Now, where these don't perform too well includes cracks, and heel hooking seems to be a not such a great improvement for me (either my technique sucks or the shoes suck, which ever it is,......
