Product Review
I have been running in the Mizuno Wave Rider for several years and loved it for the fit and its minimal weight. But putting these shoes on was like walking barefoot (in the best way possible). I wear a size 8 in normal shoes and usually buy a 9 in the Wave Rider, but this pair in the 9 was too small and scrunched my toes. I returned them for a 9.5 and they are absolutely perfect. My new favorite, hands down. The new version is even lighter, but they look like clown shoes to me, so I'll buy as many pairs of these as I can to stockpile before the model vanishes. I will say that since I started running in lighter weight shoes, many of my knee aches have gone away. This feels like a more natural fit to my foot without going completely minimalist.
