The soles are very flexible, a little thin, but I added inserts and they are great. A good buy, too.
I was very excited to try on a pair of shoes from a company that only makes women's shoes. Unfortunately, I was not very happy with the support on the balls of my feet or the sides of my feet while working out. I do the Turbo Fire workouts that entail a lot of jumping up and down and side-to-side, these shoes left my feet very uncomfortable. I really wanted to love these shoes, but couldn't, so I ended up returning them after less than a week of use.
I like these shoes for doing Zumba. They have really good support, and you are able to move from side to side. They are really good when you jump, pivot, and do all the dance steps. I would highly recommend these shoes for any Zumba class.
