I love this shoe. I read in the reviews that it ran small so I got 1/2 size bigger. It fits perfect and I got a lot of compliments on it the first time I wore it.
This shoe is really comfortable, but the sole is really sticky on the floor. It is hard to rotate and twist in the shoe. I am buying different shoes now for Zumba, but for general fitness, the shoe would be fine.
I bought a pair about 7 months ago at a Fit to Run store and I loved them. This is now my second pair. They are super light on my feet and they do spring your feet off the pavement.
My only caution to those buying them is the sizing. I wear an 8 so I bought an 8.5 for the swelling factor but they were very snug when I put them on. I bought a size 9 this time and now there is room.
