Product Review
These sandals are pretty and comfortable. I had to wear them a few times to break in the toe straps but now they are fine. I normally wear a size 8 - 8 1/2 (39 in European sizing) and I have a problem with swelling in my feet due to medical issues. I took the advice of other reviewers and ordered down to a size 38. I'm glad I did. The 39s would have definitely been too large and sloppy. Shoes that are too big can be just as uncomfortable and bad for your feet, posture, knees, and back as shoes that are too small. Even when my feet were swollen from a whole day of walking around New York City in 100 degree heat, these fit well without making matters worse. Did I mention cute?
Usually I have to wear a Birkenstock for a few weeks to have the foot bed fit exactly right, but this one seemed to fit perfectly immediately. The color is not quite white but an irredescent white which looks a little more dressy. I love the look and love the s......
