Product Review
These shoes seemed to fill the bill for my daily walks on the shore. Sometimes the seawater breaks over my feet, but the water and sand drain out of the shoes in a few seconds. After a few days, I detected a big lump inside one shoe. It was like a giant arch support. It was under the inner sole that is sewed in place. No way to inspect what was happening. I decided to slice it open and found a lot of sand trapped underneath. I still don't know how the sand got in there. Maybe I can still wear the shoe with a big slice inside, but that should not have happened. Otherwise, the shoes were okay.
I can't describe how much I love these shoes and how durable they've been!
Some caveats: you need to have healthy feet that don't require arches or support. I'm blessed this way and have had no foot problems. Some may find them not supportive enough. Also - I wish I'd gotten them 1/2 size larger than I normally wear. They fit snugly.........
